Papers Submission
Scientific presentations:
We accept scientific papers in the form of abstracts, which will be published in the conference proceedings.
Those wishing to present a paper or poster at the Conference should submit a completed Participation Form to the Conference Office, providing the title, authors, and an abstract in Polish and English, according to the guidelines: INPAP2026_abstrakt.

The deadline for submitting abstracts and paper (presentation) applications is May 17, 2026.
Depending on the number of accepted papers, the expected presentation time will be 15-20 minutes.
Scientific papers will be peer-reviewed.
Conference languages: Polish and English
Participation in the Conference
To participate in the Conference, please submit a completed Participation Form to the Conference Office by May 31, 2026, and make the appropriate payment to the Conference Organizer’s account.
Conference fee:
Normal: 1950 PLN
Scientific paper presenter (approved by the conference scientific committee): 1350 PLN
- Note: Payments cannot be made during the conference.
- The conference fee does not include accommodation.
- Participants must book their own accommodation at the conference venue (codename “INPAP”).
- The conference fee entitles you to: participation in all sessions, a complete set of conference materials, lunches, and participation in side events.
- NOTE: A pro-forma invoice can be issued. A final invoice will be issued after payment.
