Papers Submission<\/strong>
<\/span>Scientific papers:
<\/span>In order to give the authors an opportunity to publish their findings in high-impact factor journals, all scientific papers are to be submitted as extended abstracts only, which will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Persons interested in presenting a paper or a poster should fill in the Registration Form and send it to the Conference Office, giving paper or poster title, authors\u2019 names, and extended abstracts. The abstract should be prepared in Polish or English, according to the instruction given at <\/span>http:\/\/www.inpap.p.lodz.pl<\/span>, and sent to the Conference Office via email. <\/span>Abstracts should be sent by May 15th, 2023. <\/span>The presentation time is 15-20 minutes.
<\/span>All scientific papers will be reviewed.

<\/span>Participation in The Conference<\/strong>
<\/span>Persons interested in participating in the Conference are requested to fill in the Registration Form<\/a> and send it to the address of Conference Office by <\/span>May, 22nd, 2023<\/span>. Proper Conference fee should be realized to Organizers’ account. The form is available at the Conference website.
<\/span>The basic fee for participation in the conference is:
Regular participant: 1800 PLN
Scientific presentation – Speaker: 1200 PLN
<\/span>Commercial presentations:<\/strong>
Additional fee for a commercial presentation: 1000 PLN + VAT. The time allotted for commercial presentation is 25 minutes.
<\/span>Note: It is not possible to pay fees during the conference<\/span><\/p>

The fee does not include accommodation. Participants must book accommodation on their own at the Conference venue (discount on password \u201cINPAP\u201d). <\/span>The fee entitles you to: participation in all sessions, touring shows, a set of materials conference, lunch and participation in social events. <\/span>NOTE: The pro-forma invoice can be issued. Once the payment has been made, the final invoice will be issued.
<\/span>Participation in The Exhibition<\/strong>
<\/span>During the Conference, companies and suppliers will have the opportunity to present and offer their products, technologies, machines and innovative services. Participants and companies wishing to take part in the Exhibition are requested to fill in the Registration Form and send it to the address of the Conference Office by <\/span>May, 22nd, 2023<\/span>.
<\/span>Note: The prerequisite for participation in the exhibition is co-participation in the conference, confirmed by the appropriate application of any person representing Exhibitor and paying of\u00a0 conference fee.
<\/span>The basic fee for rental of exhibition space is <\/span>3900 PLN + VAT. <\/span>It provides a stand of the area of 4 m<\/span>2<\/span>, equipped with a table, two chairs, counter,
lighting, electrical outlet, 230V, and company name on the frieze. For each additional 1 m<\/span>2 <\/span>of exhibition space fee increases by <\/span>500 PLN + VAT<\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
