Centre of Papermaking and Printing (CPP) is\u00a0<\/span><\/span>one of the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Lodz University of Technology\u00a0<\/span>units\u00a0<\/span>and the only independent research unit of a higher education institution in Poland<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>CPP<\/span>\u00a0conducts research in the broad field<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0of cellulose technology, paper materials, packaging, and printing. The Centr<\/span>e<\/span>‘s research interests also include topics related to\u00a0<\/span>moulded<\/span>\u00a0packaging, cellulose-based<\/span>, multi-ply<\/span>\u00a0composites, environmental protection, recycling, and the life cycle of paper and printing materials, as well as the paper converting, and\u00a0<\/span>related\u00a0<\/span>control systems. The Centr<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0offers a program of study called “Papermaking and Printing”<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0Two-cycle programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s) are offered in full-time and part-time formats.\u00a0<\/span>Two-semester<\/span>\u00a0postgraduate programs are also offered. The interdisciplinary nature of the courses allows students to\u00a0<\/span>acquire<\/span>\u00a0broad and specialized knowledge and skills, enabling our graduates to easily find attractive employment.\u00a0<\/span>CPP<\/span>\u00a0collaborates closely with\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>industry<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and other companies\u00a0<\/span>operating<\/span>\u00a0in the papermaking and printing fields. Thanks to this, students have favorable conditions for internships and the opportunity to\u00a0<\/span>establish<\/span>\u00a0contacts with future employers. The teaching and research methods employed also enable the implementation of research projects: from concept, through laboratory testing, device design, to prototype production and testing.\u00a0<\/span>CPP<\/span>\u00a0also provides research and expert services in the field of quality testing of cellulose raw materials,\u00a0<\/span>paper<\/span>\u00a0and printing materials, including components for corrugated cardboard production, as well as packaging testing. Specialized laboratories and research equipment, including those on a semi-technical scale, enable the conduct of high-quality scientific research and teaching.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
